    Engineered for the highest levels of racing, the 2026 FC 450 Factory Edition is Husqvarna Mobility's most advanced 450 cc motocross machine to date. Now equipped with WP Pro Components suspension, including XACT Pro 7548 Cone Valve forks and an XACT Pro 8950 rear shock, this exceptional model offers unmatched performance, comfort, and control. A revised threaded radiator cap and a durability-boosting fuel line protector round out the list of new components. A white powder-coated frame, together with the latest Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics, create a race-team-inspired look. Advanced technology including the Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO), which pairs with the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app, headlines the Technical Accessories found on the FC 450 Factory Edition. Using the app, riders can easily access and customize engine maps, adjust Traction Control, Launch Control, and the Quickshifter settings, as well as recording lap times for a detailed post-ride analysis.

    01. Finest Componentry

    FMF titanium exhaust 

    As used by Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing in AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross competition, the FMF Factory 4.1 RCT muffler is beautifully crafted with a blue anodized titanium body and finished with a carbon fiber end cap. The muffler is considerably lighter than standard, slightly shorter to centralize mass, and delivers a notable boost to overall performance.

    Factory wheel set

    Superior craftsmanship at its finest. Black anodized EXCEL Takasago rims laced to black CNC-machined hubs using high-quality spokes create an exceptionally strong pair of wheels.     Factory triple clamps

    Featuring a unique clamping design for perfect fork alignment and uncompromized suspension performance, the CNC-machined Factory Racing Triple Clamps are fully adjustable to offer true customization. With a choice of two offset positions, 20 mm or 22 mm, as well as the option to install the handlebars with rubber mounts for added comfort, or without for a more precise front-end feel, a personalized set-up can easily be achieved.

    Pro Taper handlebar

    Second to none when it comes to function and style, the ProTaper handlebar is lightweight and incredibly strong. The specifically selected bar bend reduces pressure points on the rider's hands with soft compound ODI lock-on grips offering additional comfort.

    Tires

    Delivering best-in-class performance, the Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 tires feature a race proven 'block-within-a-block' design for progressive cornering and exceptional grip on a wide variety of racing surfaces.

    Bodywork

    Slim-profile bodywork ensures unrestricted movement on the motorcycle, while the high-grip GUTS Racing seat cover holds riders firmly in place under hard acceleration. The ergonomic bodywork features the latest Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics, which are applied using in-mold technology for a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

    WP XACT front suspension

    For the first time ever, the FC 450 Factory Edition is equipped with WP XACT Pro 7548 forks. Trusted by multiple teams competing at the highest levels of racing, the forks combine Cone Valve technology with a Closed Cartridge design for a superior riding experience. The consistent feedback and smooth damping allow riders to attack every section of the track with confidence, reducing both fatigue and lap times. The WP XACT Pro 7548 forks are fully adjustable for a personalized set-up, with the compression, rebound, and spring pre-load all easy to alter. These options allow every rider to find the perfect setting for both their speed, weight, and riding style.

    WP XACT shock absorber

    Innovative technology underlines the racing-focused specification of the WP XACT PRO 8950 shock. Ensuring stability and traction, a Supertrax system detects lost ground contact and opens a bypass oil valve to enable faster rebound. This results in the rear tire returning to the track faster for maximum drive across rough ground. In combination with the Linked Damping technology, which optimizes the progression of the shock's travel under compression, the fully adjustable WP XACT PRO 8950 shock delivers incredible suspension performance.

    Frame

    The advanced chassis is both strong and lightweight, with a carefully calculated level of flex, which is particularly advantageous when braking into corners. The frame itself is expertly crafted from hydro-formed, laser-cut, and robot-welded steel and finished with a premium white powder coating for a true race team look. Constructed with specifically calculated parameters of longitudinal and torsional flex, the chassis provides exceptional rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability. Additionally, a 2K carbon composite skid plate protects the frame and engine from hard impacts.

    Subframe

    The composite subframe is manufactured using advanced technologies. Constructed with a blend of 60% polyamide and 40% aluminum, the subframe weighs only 3.9 lb (1.8 kg) and is incredibly durable. Designed with the assistance of computational dynamics, specific rigidity has been engineered into the subframe to enhance overall handling and rider comfort.

    Swingarm

    The aluminum swingarm is designed for optimal stiffness and durability thanks to the proven die-casting process that ensures the lowest weight possible. To further accentuate the flex characteristics from the chassis, a 22 mm rear axle is utilized. Additionally, the chain guard and glider have a smooth profile and offer outstanding durability.

    03. Unparalleled performance

    Engine

    Producing an impressive amount of power, the SOHC, 450 cc engine is the result of advanced engineering techniques and tips the scales at just 59 lb (26.8 kg). Mass-centralization of the major components was key during the design process, as was positioning the engine close to the center of gravity to aid handling and agility. The position of the engine inside the chassis ensures refined anti-squat behavior from the chassis for smooth acceleration across rough terrain.

    Cylinder head

    An incredibly compact SOHC cylinder head positions the camshaft as close as possible to the center of gravity to aid overall handling and agility. Lightweight valves are actuated via a rocker arm while the timing is optimized to create impressive torque and ensure a precise throttle response.

    Cylinder & piston

    The lightweight aluminum cylinder is an engineering masterpiece. Inside the 95 mm bore, the CP bridged-box-type piston features anodized annular grooves for maximum durability and long service intervals.

    Gearbox

    Manufactured by Pankl Racing Systems, the five-speed gearbox is low in weight while offering incredible durability. A Quickshifter sensor fitted to the shift drum ensures smooth upshifts at all times, while a low-friction coating on the shifting fork further aids positive gear changes.

    DDS clutch

    The FC 450 Factory Edition is equipped with a Dampened Diaphragm Steel (DDS) clutch. Unique in design, the exclusive characteristics of this system include a single diaphragm steel pressure plate, instead of traditional coil springs, with an integrated damping system ensuring maximum traction and durability. Complete with a CNC-machined steel clutch basket, the single-piece component allows for the use of thin steel plates and contributes to the compact design of the engine.

    Brembo brakes

    Brembo brakes deliver class-leading braking performance. With a 260 mm floating front disc, protected by a 2K carbon composite front disc protector, and a 220 mm wave rear disc, the incredible stopping power created allows for late braking, which leads to faster lap times. Additionally, the rear brake pedal tip is designed for durability, ensuring a continued high level of control.

    04. Advanced Electronics

    Map select switch

    The intuitive handlebar-mounted Map Select Switch allows riders to engage both Launch and Traction Control, enable the Quickshifter, and activate one of two engine maps. The easy-to-operate Map Select Switch allows racers to quickly alter the engine characteristics on a race-by-race basis depending on track conditions or their preference.

    Mapping

    For a personalized power delivery, the FC 450 Factory Edition has two pre-set engine maps as standard, which can be selected and engaged via the Map Select Switch. Map 1 (white) offers linear, predictable power while Map 2 (green) is more aggressive for a sharper throttle response and a more explosive power output.

    Quickshifter

    The Quickshifter function can be activated via the Map Select Switch and works by interrupting the ignition for a fraction of a second for smooth and precise gear changes, even when the throttle is fully open. The Quickshifter is only active from second gear onwards to help avoid accidentally shifting into neutral when moving from first to second gear.

    Traction Control

    Traction Control on the FC 450 Factory Edition is engaged by pressing the 'TC' button on the Map Select Switch. Analyzing throttle input from the rider and the rate at which engine RPM increases, if the RPM increases too quickly, the Engine Management System (EMS) registers a loss of grip and reduces the amount of power to the rear wheel to ensure maximum traction. This is a distinct advantage in wet and slippery conditions.

    Launch Control

    With the engine at idle, Launch Control is engaged by pressing the Traction Control and Quickshifter buttons simultaneously. Both symbols will start flashing to indicate that Launch Control is activated. Designed for race starts, this technology limits the amount of power to the rear wheel, improving traction, and helps to prevent loss of control under hard acceleration. Once a gear change is made, Launch Control deactivates automatically

    Electric start and Li-Ion battery

    Keeping overall weight to a minimum and ensuring fast, reliable starting, the Li-Ion 2.0 Ah battery fitted to the FC 450 Factory Edition is approximately 2.2 lb (1 kg) lighter than a conventional lead battery. Additionally, the electric start and engine stop buttons are located inside the same housing for a simplified experience.

    Ride Husqvarna app

    Create and adjust the set-up of your FC 450 Factory Edition by pairing the Connectivity Unit Offroad with the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app on your smartphone. Once downloaded, the easy-to-use app offers full control of all engine settings including power delivery, engine braking, and the sensitivity of the Quickshifter. In addition to being able to customize the characteristics of the engine, recommended suspension settings that are based on a variety of racing surfaces, are pre-installed on the app. The Rider section on the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app provides vital feedback to the rider post-race by offering full analytics of how the machine is being ridden, as well as recording lap times, which are added to a virtual leaderboard.
